The Chin Heritage Foundation
Membership
Benefits and Expectations of
Chin Heritage Foundation Members
Churches and individuals who become members of the Chin Heritage Foundation the first year (2021), will have their names permanently listed as “Founding Members” on our website and on a hard copy in our museum.
Founding Members will have online access to the book History of the American Baptist Chin Mission, by Robert G. Johnson, published in 1988, and will be among the very first to be able to order a copy of the book to keep in their homes or churches. This 1,320-page, two-volume set is very rare and out of print.
Members will be able to submit information to be listed about specific Chin tribes, villages, and families. Images, articles, music, and videos about each group will be categorized on our website, and some will be displayed in the future museum.
Member churches and individuals will submit their email and physical addresses for future communications. It would be a blessing if churches could share with us the email addresses for all their members, but this is not required.
Members will be the first to learn about upcoming events and new books published about the Chin People.
Churches will be able to invite speakers who represent CHF to come and preach and teach about the Christian History of the Chin.
Churches would agree to inform their members about the work of the CHF and take up an annual offering to help build the organization, the museum, and maintain our online presence.
